MS BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST

The Merchant Back-office Specialist will handle end-to-end merchant onboarding journey from merchant registration to merchant orientation. He/she will work with the Head of Back-office and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handles end-to-end merchant boarding process which includes registration to the system, accurate merchant profiling and configuration and providing credentials to the merchant.
• Responsible for endorsing configured accounts to DMO, coordinates and resolves error within SLA, and ensures that all active channels are included to save time in device testing.
• Conducts back-office orientation to new, existing, and migrated merchants.
• Timely updating of onboarding sheets and logs Updates all new personal and/or business information in the system.
• Prepare and provide monthly onboarding report.
• Prepare and provide summary and recommendations for onboarding process.
• Attends to all back-office related inquiries/clarifications.
• Handles special projects related to back-office team as assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned by immediate supervisor as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• College graduate preferably of BSBA Finance or any related course
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in a financial industry and/or customer service industry
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication

SKILLS

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Working knowledge of payment solutions offered locally in the Philippines.
• KYC/KYB and Due diligence experience is a plus Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Good critical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, under minimal supervision and prioritize workload.
• Proven ability to maintain good relationship to merchants and partners.
• Positive work attitude with growth mindset
• Willing to work on weekend, holidays, and shifting schedules as needed.
