Job Description

  1. Oversee Daily Plant Operations - Lead all aspects of the plant's day-to-day functions, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production.
  2. Strategic Manufacturing Leadership - Design and execute manufacturing strategies that align with regional and corporate objectives.
  3. Financial and Resource Management - Develop and manage budgets, capital investments, and resource planning to meet financial and operational goals.
  4. Performance and Compliance Oversight - Ensure the plant meets productivity, quality, safety, environmental, and cost targets while complying with all legal and regulatory standards.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams and business units to support service, supply chain, and strategic initiatives.
  6. Continuous Improvement Champion - Drive initiatives focused on improving quality, efficiency, and safety using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  7. Workforce Optimization - Maximize labor efficiency across departments to ensure optimal return on workforce investment.
  8. Audit and Regulatory Readiness - Lead the plant's response to audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring full compliance and readiness.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Experienced Manufacturing Leader - Brings over 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with a strong track record of managing plant operations, driving performance, and leading cross-functional teams.
  2. Strategic and Financial Acumen - Demonstrates advanced expertise in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management, with the ability to align plant operations with broader business goals.
  3. Operational Excellence Champion - Skilled in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.
  4. Global Mindset with Regional Experience - Ideally has expatriate experience in Southeast Asia-especially the Philippines-and is adept at navigating diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
  5. Strong Communicator and Influencer - Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across departments, with corporate leadership, and external partners.
  6. Change Leader - Comfortable leading through organizational transitions and fostering a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.
