Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Assistant at Philippine Business Bank located in the Davao Region, Philippines. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
  • With Bachelor Degree related to Business Course or any equivalent courses
  • Pure Operation only and no sales related
Role Description

Accounting Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, purchase orders, and bank statements.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
