Duties: Agent Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential agents through advertising, networking, and referrals. Identify key talent pools, conduct outreach through job fairs, community events, and online campaigns. Screening and Selection: Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, and alignment with company values. Agent Activation and Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding for new agents, providing training, resources, and orientation on company policies and products. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, serving as their main point of contact and support. Promote collaboration, engagement, and agent loyalty. Performance Monitoring and Support: Monitor agent performance, provide feedback and coaching, and identify training needs. Recognize and reward high-performing agents. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate agent records and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources , or a related field Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or agency management , ideally in the insurance, real estate, or financial services industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing agent recruitment and employment Key Attributes: Results-driven, Relationship builder, Problem solver, Team player, and Adaptable to dynamic environments.
