Role Overview We are seeking a Brand Manager (Amazon) to lead the brand’s Amazon operations and drive sales performance through effective marketplace management, pricing strategy, and vendor coordination. As the Amazon Brand Manager, you’ll own the entire Amazon channel strategy and execution. You’ll manage a team that includes a PPC Specialist and an Admin Assistant, ensuring flawless execution of advertising, pricing, and listings. You’ll oversee vendor relationships, market and competitor research, and optimize product visibility to drive growth and profitability. This is a hands‑on leadership role suitable for a data‑driven manager who thrives in a fast‑paced eCommerce environment and understands the nuances of Amazon retail strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage the Amazon brand strategy, including marketing, pricing, product listings, and promotions. Oversee and guide the PPC Specialist on campaign strategy, performance optimization, and ROI. Supervise the Admin Assistant responsible for maintaining the Amazon platform and listings. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely production, shipping, and inventory management. Track and analyze performance data to report on KPIs, sales trends, and budget utilization. Ensure product pages and brand content meet Amazon guidelines and align with brand identity. Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to maintain consistency across channels. Qualifications 4–5+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central or Vendor Central). Proven success managing multiple brands or products across different categories. Background in an Amazon marketing agency or similar eCommerce environment is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, A+ Content, and inventory management. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing small teams. Advanced communication and analytical skills. Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
