The Lead QC Engineer's core function is the performance monitoring of the project quality control activities. He must be capable of multi-tasking and meet deadlines, oversees QC Engineer on the assigned project. He must maintain professional demeanor in all the situations and be able to withhold confidential information within the confines of his interfaces in the company. Implement quality controls plans, and procedures for the project. Conduct and oversee testing and inspection of materials, equipment, to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain and manage quality control documentation, including reports, records, and checklist. Review equipment calibration, validation, to ensure they are performed correctly and on time. Review and supervises the QC inspection activities and records generated by the QC Engineers from different projects. Conducts planned project audits to monitors the performance of QC Engineers assigned in the different projects. Complies with the proper operating procedures, established company regulations of safety and health standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
