Overview IQVIA is currently recruiting for a Consultant within the Primary Intelligence team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced healthcare consultants and engagement leaders on integrated research solutioning to deliver comprehensive market insights to our clients in the healthcare industries. Responsibilities Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements/problems and proposal development Develops detailed documentation and specifications Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions Assists Analysts and Consultants in design and structures of presentations Develops a basic knowledge of services and consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry Develops an awareness of IMS technology solutions and how they would be utilized in client scenarios Engagement based responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals Develops broad knowledge of related research methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of client engagements Attends, supports, and presents at client meetings Qualifications Client facing, experienced in delivering reports and presenting to senior client teams 5-7 years and above of relevant research experience Able to lead analysts in management of multiple projects simultaneously Able to conduct more complex qualitative and quantitative analyses that identify client issues and develop client-specific solutions Able to deliver project presentations to the sales/marketing team of clients Capable of mentoring analysts Can integrate results of both Secondary and Primary research A good network with interview subjects (e.g., physicians, pharmacists, MOH officers) is an additional advantage Resourceful in contracting fieldwork agencies/freelancers to manage fieldwork load Strong proficiency in MS Office and written and spoken English Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to uncommon problems Previous experience within the healthcare industry in both qualitative and quantitative project management is advantageous Broad responsibilities Project management Account management Professional/Soft skills Delegating appropriate tasks Managing a project Troubleshooting and closing a project Marketing essentials Public speaking strategies Negotiation essentials Leading teams; fostering effective communication and collaboration Lead strategy and proposal development First-time managers essentials IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
