Key Responsibilities (may vary by role):

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support decision-making
• Oversee general accounting, budgeting, and cost management functions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
• Provide insights to improve financial processes and controls

Qualifications:

• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• With relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or finance (experience level depends on role)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Junior

The successful candidate will be working with other analysts and accountants on daily financial tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Assist with bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Help monitor and manage company expenses
• Support audits and tax filings by preparing required documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and accounting issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Fresh graduates welcome, but accountants with 1-2 years experience preferred
• Working knowledge of ERP and accounting systems preferred
• Computer literate (Windows and Microsoft Office)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
