Job Description Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary advisor for PCI DSS compliance programs, guiding clients through all phases of assessment, remediation, and certification. Develop and maintain PCI DSS compliance roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Conduct PCI DSS gap assessments, risk evaluations, and readiness reviews. Identify compliance gaps and recommend actionable remediation strategies. Design and validate security controls for cardholder data environments (CDE). Ensure alignment of PCI DSS controls with broader security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST). Prepare clients for QSA-led assessments and facilitate evidence collection for ROC (Report on Compliance). Act as liaison between clients, QSAs, and acquiring banks during audits. Develop and review security policies, procedures, and documentation to meet PCI DSS requirements. Advise on continuous compliance monitoring and governance models. Lead complex security engagements and mentor junior consultants. Provide thought leadership on PCI DSS trends, emerging threats, and best practices. The Successful Applicant Qualifications 10+ years in information security, with at least 5 years focused on PCI DSS compliance. PCI Professional (PCIP) or Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer is a plus Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements and payment card industry ecosystem. Expertise in network security, encryption, vulnerability management, and incident response. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
