As a Business Analyst , you’ll work in a cross‑functional squad to analyze complex finance processes, design scalable solutions, and support ESG reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities Analyze finance business issues and translate them into functional and IT designs Conduct requirements, process, information, and risk analysis across domains Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define solution alternatives Support backlog refinement, user story creation, and roadmap planning Validate solutions through acceptance criteria, scenarios, and use cases Document findings using BABOK standards and business analysis tools Contribute to training materials and process documentation Promote reusability, best practices, and continuous improvement What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field Proven experience in business analysis and financial reporting/services in the banking field Has basic familiarity with SQL (Understands basic queries) Strong knowledge of ESG reporting and regulatory frameworks Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and process management principles Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive, adaptable, and committed to team success #J-18808-Ljbffr
