Responsibilities

  • Encode orders accurately for outsourced jobs through different websites.
  • Encode orders accurately in IMS to insource jobs to in-house facilities.
  • Verify correct setup of all insource and outsourced orders, including print file and invoice specifications.
  • Collaborate with other departments or outsource vendors to troubleshoot and resolve encoding/outsource issues.
  • Escalate jobs to the appropriate team for resolution or customer notification regarding job issues.
  • Monitor outsourced jobs and liaise with vendor if needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information during the encoding process.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and production goals.
  • Record encoded data and generate reports as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned in real-time.
Qualification and Skill Requirements
  • Proficiency in using computers and data entry software/websites.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an Encoder; Required
  • Strong commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
  • Basic knowledge in adobe acrobat and other adobe application is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintain confidentiality and data security.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
