We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Encoder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. No prior work experience is required, but experience in data encoding is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-Time , Onsite , Shifting

Qualifications:

Education:

-At least reached college (any level)
-K–12 graduate (New Curriculum)

Work Experience:

-No work experience required
-Data encoding experience is highly preferred

Skills:

-Good typing speed and accuracy
-Strong attention to detail
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

-Accurately encode and update information in internal databases or systems
-Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities
-Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
-Assist in generating reports and maintaining organized records
-Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate data input
