Role purpose : As a Senior ATR Specialist you will ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services to the entities in scope in line with the Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way. You will look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as enablers to achieve efficiencies. You will coach and support colleagues to achieve maximum performance while maintaining agreed procedures and you will ensure effective communication with stakeholders in the region and global organization.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Entity Supervision (e.g., first point of contact) and Compliance for defined entities
  • Ensure the delivery of quality services to the entities in line with Service Level Agreements and the Epiroc Way as well as business requirements
  • Review and prioritize upcoming tasks for the team with the Team Manager on a weekly basis; coordinate day-to-day activities of the team
  • Ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team
  • Participate in projects for the Regional Center of Excellence Team
  • Continuously improve processes and ways of working and participate in Process Community
  • Lead collaboration with Business Controller and PtP/OtC Specialist (First Point of Contact)
Education & Experience Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required, as well as proven extensive knowledge in IFRS
  • Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), and ERP systems like M3 or SAP is essential
