Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mobile Team Lead to oversee and guide our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have strong mobile app development experience, leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects from start to finish. This role involves managing the team, ensuring high-quality app delivery, and fostering a positive, innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the architecture of new products/features.
  • Provide best practices and make sure they are respected.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Work with project managers on estimating the feasibility and complexity of new products/features.
  • Participate in the planning process for software development projects, and ensure meeting quality and deadlines on delivery.
  • Guide and support the mobile development team.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Oversee mobile app development from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and timelines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Act as the liaison between the mobile team and other departments.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on project progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in mobile app development.
  • Proficiency in mobile technologies like Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • You have experience working on a number of mobile apps, preferably apps with scale.
  • You’re excited to work in a fast-paced, creative, and demanding startup environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
