Experienced HR Generalist Specializing in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Talent Development Responsibilities and duties include overseeing human resources operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent development to support organizational objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Oversees the day to day operation of project site to ensure completion on time and quality workmanship by monitoring and conducting regular inspections on all on-going works and attending/resolving all concerns and issues. Recommends approval of billings / claims of contractor, ensuring works are done in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and drawings. Updates and submits reports to construction OPERATIONS. Documents and reports include STATUS/PROGRESS/ WEEKLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT, JOB ORDERS, BILLINGS, and OTHER DOCUMENTS as required by top management. Ensures timely schedules and delivery of quality units/projects/works by setting up and implementing quality control guidelines, procedures, training; conducts regular inspections on all projects; reviews materials and technical data; establishes procedures to resolve conflicts in plans during execution; and institutes quality control measures to guarantee quality workmanship. Conducts site meetings with contractors to discuss status and accomplishments; addresses problems and provides solutions to align with objectives. Reviews plans, bill of materials, and specifications before site execution to identify potential concerns and issues. Attends to site concerns and issues that may affect project delivery and workmanship. Submits weekly progress accomplishment reports reflecting progress status and financial standings of all works involved. Supervises field personnel, monitors activities, and conducts meetings with contractors and site management to discuss and resolve related concerns and issues. Ensures quality workmanship by conducting regular ocular quality inspections and cross-checking billings against actual accomplishments. Recommends Job Orders from site for Top Management approval. Oversees Move-In activities by following the operations manual guidelines to ensure smooth move-in procedures for homeowners at site. Reviews, evaluates, and checks plans, bill of materials, and specifications submitted to Production to guarantee cost-effective plans for execution at project sites. Evaluates staff performance using the Performance Appraisal System. Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned by Top Management.
