Direct message the job poster from Pointwest Squad Inc Recruitment Specialist | Always hiring for IT roles Contract Duration: initially 6-12 months with possibility of extension depending on performance Work Set-up: Hybrid Setup (2-3x RTO/week in Taguig office); Dayshift We are looking for a Hybrid Cloud Network Engineer to manage and support our complex network infrastructure, spanning on-premises environments and multiple cloud platforms (Alibaba, AWS, Azure). This role focuses on fulfilling service requests efficiently and resolving network incidents promptly to maintain optimal network performance and availability. Responsibilities Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network incidents across on-premises, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and Azure environments. Service Request Fulfillment: Process and fulfill network service requests related to connectivity, configuration changes, and access provisioning. Network Administration: Manage and maintain network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers in all environments. Cloud Networking: Configure and manage virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and network gateways in Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and Azure. Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth troubleshooting of network issues, utilizing network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to address network-related issues and support project deployments. Qualifications At least 4 yrs a Network Engineer supporting hybrid environments. Strong understanding of on-premises networking concepts and technologies. Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and Azure networking services. Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, etc.). Experience with network security best practices and tools. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
