Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to taxation, accounting, and business operations. Collaborate with internal departments to address legal queries and provide guidance on legal implications. Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision‑making processes. Assist in managing legal documentation and maintaining accurate records. Support legal team in various legal projects and initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law and Accountancy. Fresh graduates or newly registered CPAs/Lawyers are welcome to apply. With 6 months to 1 year of experience in a legal, compliance, or accounting role is a plus. Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law, taxation, and accounting principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proficient in legal research tools and MS Office applications.
