Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening

About the Role

QuadX’s Customer Care Team works to delight customers. We seek an experienced Customer Care Officer to join our Makati-based team as a solution specialist, responsible for managing and resolving customer queries promptly.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform proactive calls to resolve issues more efficiently
  • Participate in team or departmental projects to improve customer experience and SLAs

What You’ll Need

  • College graduate of any course
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-moving, service-driven environment
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong comprehension, troubleshooting, analytical skills, and EQ
  • Willing to be assigned morning shift up to 9pm and weekends
  • Experience in Logistics or call center in similar operation is required
