We're looking for a Python Developer to join our team in Manila, where you will work in a fast-paced environment full of challenges. What You Will Be Doing Develop and maintain backend systems and automation workflows using Python. Design and implement scalable web scraping solutions to collect, process, and structure data from multiple sources. Build and optimize integrations with third‑party platforms through REST APIs and other relevant technologies. Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through modular and maintainable architecture. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and monitor automated pipelines and scraping agents for maximum efficiency and uptime. Requirements Experience: 3–5+ years in backend development or data automation using Python. Proven experience with web scraping frameworks such as Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright, or BeautifulSoup. Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming (asyncio, aio and data handling (JSON, CSV, SQL). Experience with automation tools or workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, n8n, Tines, or custom Python scripts). Familiarity with MySQL or similar databases for data storage and optimization. Ability to work independently, think critically, and deliver reliable results in dynamic environments. Strong organizational and self‑management skills. Leadership potential and interest in mentoring or coordinating small automation/scraping teams.
