Responsibilities

  • Create and send billing statements.
  • Ensure all the information is correct in billings in line with the contract and what we have delivered.
  • Ensure verification and readiness of the supporting documents with billings, getting them printed/approved/signed before we submit them to customers.
  • Responsible for monitoring of resolution if there is any errors or disputes related to billings.
  • Ensure invoices are delivered to customers punctually and acknowledgements are signed and returned by customers.
  • Filing, and other Accounting duties/tasks/projects as assigned.
  • LDPC Reporting
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • With more than two (2) years of experience in travel management or a related field
  • Well-rounded in handling Billing & Collections
  • Experience with TRAVCOM is preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and customers.
  • Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivots, organizing, copying, formatting, and sorting data.
  • Advance MS Excel Skills
