Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights into business operations through in-depth analysis (SWOT, market & competition, pricing, and margin analysis).

  • Build and maintain financial models based on business requirements.

  • Lead and manage projects, including RFPs and ROI analysis.

  • Oversee controlling activities, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and outlooks.

  • Empower and manage team members by delegating tasks effectively and fostering strong communication.

  • Ensure alignment of execution with high-level strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial sense and ability to understand business operations deeply.

  • Proven experience in financial modeling, project leadership, and business analysis.

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling.

  • Skilled in market and competitive analysis, with a track record of generating actionable insights.

  • Excellent leadership, delegation, and team empowerment skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
