As the Senior Restaurant Manager at The Moment Group, you will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations of one of our premier hospitality venues in. This full-time role is crucial to ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining and entertainment experience every visit. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding service and elevate our brand within the local community. Job Description Knows how to do Profit & Loss (P&L) Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint. Knows how to do a presentation. Strong attention to detail and able to multitask. Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement. Making sure that the company has sufficient resources, such as personnel, material, and equipment. Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally. Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation. Minimum qualifications College graduate with a degree in any field. Has an analytical mind. Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Detailed and desire to probe further into data. At least 2-3 years’ experience in a management position. Excellent time management. Outstanding leadership abilities.
