Responsibilities
  • Facilitate calibration sessions with hiring managers and vendors to align job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Distribute open requisition lists to vendors, ensuring clarity and timeliness in communication of hiring needs.
  • Track vendor submissions and endorsements, ensuring prompt review and feedback from hiring teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related queries and updates.
Onboarding & Documentation
  • Send 1st Day Onboarding Emails to contractors, including joining instructions and necessary resources.
  • Coordinate onboarding communications with internal stakeholders to ensure readiness for new contractor arrivals.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint with job descriptions and candidate CVs for centralized access.
  • Accurately input new contractor profiles into MFTC and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor and update the Requirements Tracker to reflect real-time hiring progress and needs.
Technical Recruitment Support
  • Collaborate with vendors to source, screen, and assess candidates for technical and functional roles.
  • Ensure vendor-supplied candidates meet technical and cultural fit standards through structured evaluations.
  • Provide feedback to vendors on candidate quality and alignment with role expectations.
  • Support hiring managers in defining staffing needs and refining job specifications.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, including vendor performance and candidate pipelines.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on hiring activity, vendor effectiveness, and fulfillment rates.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, preferably with vendor management exposure.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and data reporting platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to process excellence and candidate experience.
