Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. Collaborate closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies and achieve business objectives. Develop and execute sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform and update marketing strategies. Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines efficiently. Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other relevant documents as required. Track the accreditation process of your clients and provide regular updates to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. Provide timely support and assistance to clients throughout the accreditation process, addressing any inquiries or concerns that may arise. Generate and submit reports on the status of client accreditations to your immediate supervisor. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with management, staff, and clients. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
