Overview

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. We are seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA BASIS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in brownfield projects, and be proficient in SAP Upgrade Management (SUM), roles and authorization, and complex system integrations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead successful implementations and Go-Live activities, and provide reliable post-Go-Live support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA BASIS activities, including system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Execute at least two SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementations, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems.
  • Manage SUM (Software Update Manager) processes, roles and authorization, and complex integrations.
  • Collaborate with customers during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, addressing issues and providing expert guidance.
  • Oversee the Go-Live process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruptions.
  • Provide comprehensive post-Go-Live support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
  • Work closely with the SAP implementation team to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Required Skills And Competencies
  • Hands-on Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA BASIS.
  • Implementation Experience: Minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SUM (Software Update Manager), roles and authorization, and complex system integrations.
  • Project Management: Ability to assist customers during UAT, implementation, and Go-Live processes.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to support post-Go-Live activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS with expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proven track record in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Upgrade Management (SUM), system integration, and authorization management.
