On-site - Pasig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing operations within a specific geographical area. This includes managing branches, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth within the region. Managing transportation logistics, selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and optimizing delivery routes. Monitoring and managing warehouse performance metrics like on-time delivery, accuracy, and efficiency. Analyzing logistics costs within the Area and identifying opportunities for cost reduction. Negotiating carrier contracts to achieve favorable pricing. Implementing cost-saving measures in warehouse operations. Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. Leading and supervising a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors and operators. Providing training and development opportunities for warehouse staff. Performance management and coaching to achieve operational goals. Ensuring adherence to all local regulations and safety standards within the warehouse. Generating regular reports on key logistics metrics, including inventory levels, shipment performance, and cost analysis. Identifying potential issues and proactively implementing corrective actions.
