Senior Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a motivated SDR to join our team. In this role, you will engage potential healthcare partners, introduce them to Narrable’s solutions, and help create new opportunities for our client success team. This role blends relationship outreach, market research, and client engagement. You’ll connect with healthcare providers, spark interest in our platform, and schedule introductory conversations for our team to showcase how Narrable can reduce burnout, improve documentation, and support better patient outcomes. You will: Reach out to healthcare organizations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Research prospects to personalize outreach and identify opportunities. Coordinate introductory meetings for the client success and sales teams. Track outreach activities and share insights that improve future campaigns. Partner with marketing to execute targeted outreach programs. You are: A confident communicator who builds trust quickly via phone, email, and social. Curious and resourceful in researching prospects and identifying opportunities. Organized, proactive, and motivated to meet engagement goals. Comfortable with feedback and eager to refine your outreach strategies. Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with HubSpot. Fluency in English. Bonus points if you have: Experience engaging clinical decision‑makers (Directors of Nursing, Administrators). Knowledge of healthcare, SaaS, or AI solutions. What you can expect: Competitive monthly salary with commission for booked meetings: Base Salary - $1,000–$1,100 Commission - $4 per booked appointment (Additional $480 per month if targets hit) First month is a probationary period. If candidate is able to hit OKRs, a permanent position will be offered. Fully remote. Career mobility – potential for promotions and salary adjustments. Work schedule aligned with US business hours (specify time zone and shift hours).
