We value initiative, curiosity, and humility more than big titles. What You’ll Do: Design & Drawings: Use CAD, SketchUp, and other design tools to prepare and update plans. Site Work: Visit and inspect sites regularly. Understand actual ground conditions, verify progress, and make practical adjustments when needed. Material Verification: Check quantities, deliveries, and usage to ensure accuracy and avoid waste. Team Collaboration: Work closely with laborers, contractors, and senior engineers—learning from both sides and helping get things done right. Procurement Support: Assist in ordering and following up materials to keep projects running smoothly. Reporting: Survey progress, prepare updates, and communicate clearly with management. All-Round Support: Handle day-to-day site coordination and any other tasks that help move the project forward. Who You Are: A licensed or soon-to-be licensed Civil Engineer with a genuine interest in land and property development. Has at least 1 year of experience in housing or land development projects. Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. Organized, observant, and willing to learn by being in the field—not just behind a desk. Someone who sees teamwork and hands-on problem solving as part of the job, not extra work. Grounded, practical, and reliable—no ego, just commitment to good work.
