Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, staff performance, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve issues.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
