As part of this continued growth, we are strengthening our team with skilled professionals who will drive product excellence and market leadership. In line with this, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a background in architecture or engineering and proven expertise in construction finishing materials. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for managing product performance, supporting sales growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will be the key owner of the product portfolio, guiding its success from development to delivery, while collaborating across departments to drive results. Role Summary As Product Manager , you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of specific product lines. Your responsibilities will focus on sales enablement, technical leadership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure that products meet market needs, quality expectations, and business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage assigned product lines (e.g., windows, ceilings, partitions), including performance, positioning, and improvement initiatives Develop in-depth product knowledge and ensure that the sales team is fully trained and equipped with relevant tools and technical information Analyze market trends , competitive landscape , and customer feedback to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge Collaborate with engineering , quality , and R&D to maintain high product standards and drive innovation where needed Work closely with operations and supply chain to manage inventory levels, packaging, availability, and overall product readiness Serve as a key contact point for technical support , resolving escalated product issues in coordination with quality and operations teams Create and maintain detailed technical documentation , product presentations , and sales enablement materials Coordinate with the marketing team (as a technical advisor) to ensure brand and messaging alignment on product-related materials Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, sales trends, margin analysis, and recommendations for action Propose and lead initiatives to enhance product efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and market performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related technical field Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction materials, preferably in product management or technical sales roles Strong understanding of finishing materials used in commercial and residential construction Solid grasp of installation methods , building systems , and project workflows Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and operations Preferred Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Engineering/Construction Management) is a plus Experience in product development , specification work , or project-based sales support Familiarity with digital tools for product management and technical marketing Key Skills Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability Excellent technical communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Capable of managing multiple product lines and timelines Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and coordination Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits Company car Employee discount Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid toll fees Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Transportation service provided Experience Product management: 1 year (Preferred) Construction materials management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
