The Franke Foodservice Systems division is a world-leading supplier of kitchen facilities, equipment and supplies solutions. As a full system manufacturer, distributor and program management partner, we supply global chains in the quick-service restaurant, convenience store and supermarket segments, helping to manage unit growth and upgrade their facilities. Responsibilities To liaise between business stakeholders and the technical BI team to provide timely and accurate reporting and analytics to increase Franke Foodservice Systems APAC sales performance and profitability goals. Use SQL and other querying tools to find and refine required data sets Test that data outputs align with and reconcile to existing standard reports Create mockups of new reports as drafts for global BI development team to begin working from Audit existing Halo & PBS export queries to validate accuracy Conform existing reports to global terminology and reporting standards Develop unit testing to provide ongoing notification of reporting discrepancies Use reporting & analytics tools along with knowledge of the business processes to provide management teams with meaningful insights and opportunities for improvement Qualifications Preferably a graduate of any Business-related courses or equivalent With at least five years' experience in business analysis Has experience with Business Intelligence tools and with project management; exposure to business process projects in a multinational manufacturing company. Preferably with ERP experience and knowledge in SQL.
