Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train new employees and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Monitor workflow and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes.
Qualifications
  • Education : High school diploma or GED (required); degree in logistics or related field (preferred).
  • Experience : 2–5 years in a warehouse role; 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Skills :
  • Team leadership & task delegation
  • Inventory control & WMS systems
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication & problem-solving
Certifications

Certifications (preferred): Forklift, OSHA safety, First Aid/CPR.

Physical Requirements

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 25–50 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods.

Availability

Availability : Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Other

Other : Valid driver’s license (if required), background check may be conducted.
