Overview

Position: Senior IT Audit Manager at MicroSourcing — Work setup: Work From Home | Night shift.

Discover your 100% YOU with MicroSourcing. This role involves assisting the U.S. team by managing internal audits and maintaining compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, while managing complex audit projects to support multinational capabilities.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and enhance audit methodologies and support strategic initiatives.
  • Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by managing the audit universe and risk-based audit plan.
  • Lead the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 program, performing hands-on walkthroughs and testing IT general controls (ITGCs) and IT application controls (ITACs).
  • Manage a portfolio of IT and integrated audits, executing procedures for high-risk areas.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors and other stakeholders throughout the audit lifecycle.
  • Prepare high-quality audit workpapers and reports, and monitor the timely remediation of issues.
  • Leverage data analytics and drive continuous improvement in audit software (AuditBoard).
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and risks.
  • Participate in M&A due diligence and special projects as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop Senior and Staff Internal Audit team members.
  • Oversee all facets of the internal audit lifecycle.
What You Need: Non-negotiables
  • 10+ years of progressive IT audit leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT) and SOX standards.
  • Experience auditing Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce, Azure, and AWS.
  • Advanced knowledge of technology controls and a strong understanding of application development, DevOps, and core IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
What You Need: Preferred Skills
  • Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) and other IT/Cyber certifications (e.g., CISSP).
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
