Overview

Psych Siren Management Consultancy is a Davao-based, multi-disciplinary team composed of 8 prime movers, led by Jambie del Rosario, an industrial and organizational psychologist who has completed a Master’s Degree from Ateneo de Davao University. The team includes professionals with expertise in human resources, psychometry, counseling, process facilitation for strategic planning and team-building, executive coaching, sales, marketing, business operations, and policy formulation. We leverage these strengths to create holistic transformational organization development and learning and development programs. The Role What You’ll Do
  • As our Accounting Supervisor, you’ll:
  • Ensure Financial Excellence: Oversee daily transactions, verify payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate & Plan: Work with departments to prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Lead Month-End Close: Perform reconciliations, expense reviews, and closing procedures for accurate reporting.
  • Drive Compliance: Manage tax filings, regulatory requirements, and adherence to financial policies.
  • Support Asset Management: Track company assets, assess value, and oversee physical inventory.
  • Develop Your Team: Supervise accounting staff, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
Ideal Profile Qualifications We’re Looking For
  • Education & Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Background in the construction industry is a plus
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Strong skills in financial statement preparation, analysis, and presentation.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
