The Role What You’ll Do As our Accounting Supervisor, you’ll: Ensure Financial Excellence: Oversee daily transactions, verify payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate & Plan: Work with departments to prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Lead Month-End Close: Perform reconciliations, expense reviews, and closing procedures for accurate reporting. Drive Compliance: Manage tax filings, regulatory requirements, and adherence to financial policies. Support Asset Management: Track company assets, assess value, and oversee physical inventory. Develop Your Team: Supervise accounting staff, ensuring high performance and goal achievement. Ideal Profile Qualifications We’re Looking For Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required. 2–5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Background in the construction industry is a plus Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Reporting Standards. Strong skills in financial statement preparation, analysis, and presentation. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
