Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with strong PHP experience to join our team. You will work on an AI-powered management and HR platform designed to streamline company operations by reading documents, uploading policies, and answering employee questions via an intelligent chatbot.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and integrate AI models for document reading, data extraction, and natural language processing (NLP).
  2. Build and maintain the platform’s backend using PHP to ensure seamless data handling and AI functionality.
  3. Design and implement chatbot solutions to answer employee queries based on uploaded policies and other HR-related documents.
  4. Ensure AI models are continuously trained and optimized for accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Develop APIs to connect AI models with the platform’s frontend and third-party tools.
  6. Implement data security measures, ensuring employee information and company policies are protected.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of AI functionalities and backend systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role, with expertise in machine learning and NLP.
  2. Strong PHP development skills, including experience with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
  3. Knowledge of AI technologies such as Cursor, Claude or OpenAI.
  4. Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex queries.
  5. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  7. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience working on HR or management platforms.
  2. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  3. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
