Join to apply for the Affiliate Marketing Officer role at Cepat Kredit Financing Inc The Affiliate Marketing Officer develops and manages partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to promote our OFW loan products. This role reports to the Affiliate Marketing Manager. Responsibilities Affiliate Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners. Create and manage commission structures, incentive programs, and exclusive promotions. Strategy & Campaigns: Execute data-driven campaigns to boost lead generation and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams to create necessary promotional assets for affiliates. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners, consistently monitor performance using affiliate tracking platforms, and prepare regular performance reports with key metrics and recommendations. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a similar field. Experience: At least two years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or handling loan consultants. Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus. Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Campaign Management: Proven track record of designing and developing strategic marketing campaigns and programs. Platform Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media channels and platforms. Bonus Experience: Experience with OFW communities/clients, influencers, or fintech companies is a plus. Flexibility: Willingness to conduct fieldwork.
