Develops and implements methods and processes to improve operational quality and customer satisfaction on our system Develops and retains key project staff through both learning and development programs regular coaching and mentoring sessions to cultivate employee motivation and satisfaction Leads a project team of engineers, contractors, sub-contractors. Maintain the planned Gross Margins and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in Job Site Meeting or Project meeting with external and internal parties Performance Management Provide feedback, mentoring and coaching to subordinates Conduct performance evaluation in a timely manner Qualifications Minimum BS/BA degree with at least 10 years of experience and a track record in project management Highly mobile, willing to travel locally, wherever the project takes him Flexibility to manage several activities at one time Excellent negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
