Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation of the environmental program and the overall compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Graduate of any degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or other related field. Preferably with DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) certification or willingness to undergo accreditation within the prescribed period. At least three (3) years of relevant experience in environmental management, monitoring, and compliance within a power plant or heavy industrial facility. Knowledgeable in environmental laws and regulations, including RA 8749 (Clean Air Act), RA 9275 (Clean Water Act), RA 6969 (Toxic Substances and Hazardous and Nuclear Wastes Control Act), and RA 9003 (Ecological Solid Waste Management Act). Familiar with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation and documentation. Proficient in environmental monitoring and reporting tools, such as stack emission monitoring, water and wastewater sampling, and waste management record-keeping. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple compliance requirements with strong time management and documentation skills. Knowledgeable in technical and regulatory report preparation (e.g., SMR, CMR, Hazardous Waste Manifest, Environmental Monitoring Reports). Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling data analysis and presentation. Strong advocacy for environmental protection and safe work practices. Excellent communication and coordination skills, and can effectively work in a team or independently with minimal supervision. Must be willing to work at Masinloc, Zambales. #J-18808-Ljbffr
