The Opportunity We're seeking a highly skilled Level 2 Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our dedicated IT team. In this pivotal role, you will support the backbone of our operations and play a key part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our enterprise systems, working directly with the CIO. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across Windows, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365 applications. Manage user accounts and licences across our IT ecosystem, including onboarding, offboarding and access administration. Provide support for Exchange Online, and monitor, maintain and optimise M365 services (including Entra, Purview, Defender). Assist with security and compliance initiatives—ensuring our systems and processes align with internal governance and regulatory requirements. Install, configure and troubleshoot software across a variety of engineering and business applications used throughout the company. Requirements 5 + years’ experience in Microsoft 365 support, including hands‑on expertise with Entra ID, Purview, Defender and Exchange Online. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex IT issues in a corporate setting, backed by excellent communication and reporting capabilities. Familiarity with ITIL principles and system change‑management processes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; relevant Microsoft certifications highly regarded. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively across teams, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement. Why Join PSD Energy?
