
Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with all BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations.
- Manage and oversee the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, including VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, and other applicable government dues.
- Maintain strong liaison with external auditors, accounting consultants, and government agencies.
- Review and ensure accuracy of all financial statements and reports in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Supervise general accounting functions including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review supporting schedules for audits and government inspections.
- Monitor compliance with PEZA and/or BOI incentives and related reporting requirements.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of financial records.
- Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, promoting continuous development and process improvement.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the needs of the office and the employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably with exposure in external auditor public accounting firms.
- Experience working with PEZA and/or BOI-registered companies is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficient in using accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar ERP platforms).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
