Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Tanauan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include overseeing client relationships, conducting market research, presenting sales reports to management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with the company's overall goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work on-site in Tanauan
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
