We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Supervisor to oversee and manage financial activities within our organization. The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for leading the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the finance department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Provide financial insights and reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 35 years of experience in finance or accounting roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
