Administrative Assistant – General

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory, ensure compliance with company policies, and support office operations to maintain an organized environment.
  • Greet visitors, assist employees and guests, and provide customer service as required.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks and maintain confidential information.
  • Occasional duties such as secretarial support for training institutes or other departments as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work onsite at listed locations and travel as needed; valid driver’s license may be required for some roles.
