Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data scientists.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the department.
  • Oversee data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to identify analytics needs and deliver insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling, where applicable.
  • Evaluate and implement new analytics technologies and platforms.
  • Optimize data workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability.
Experience And Training
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
