About the Role We are seeking a skilled Revit BIM Specialist with expertise in Autodesk Revit to create, manage, and optimize Revit Families across structural disciplines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing our BIM workflows, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities Create REVIT Families: Develop and manage detailed, accurate 3D BIM models for Structural Concrete details. Documentation: Generate comprehensive construction drawings, schedules, and other documentation from BIM models. Design Optimization: Apply BIM methodologies to optimize design efficiency and accuracy throughout project phases. Standardization: Develop and enforce Revit standards, templates, and workflows that align with project codes. Technical Support: Provide technical and administrative support to design and production teams, troubleshooting Revit-related issues. Specializations Structural: Specialize in structural modeling, detailing, and integration and creation of concrete REVIT families & modules. Qualifications Proven experience using Autodesk Revit for BIM development in concrete structure details. Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes. Knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and Revit Family creation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Experience with Precast and concrete is highly regarded.
