• Duty 1: Project Support and Management
• Project Initiation – Leads scope reviews; gathers and analyzes customer requirements; assesses project value, impact and complexity; collaborates with technical teams to understand requests.
• Project Planning – Creates overall project plan, plans marketing projects with straightforward rules, plans resources to meet budget, creates process maps and user journeys, breaks objectives into phases and milestones, handles scope changes, negotiates timelines, analyzes risk, leads milestone/gate reviews.
• Project Execution – Facilitates standards adoption, tracks costs and forecast changes, prepares decision-ready information for top management, secures stakeholder commitment for deliverables, coordinates with marketing/training, leads project reviews, proposes roadmaps and manages issues.

• Duty 2: Internal Operations Management
• Monitors SLA targets, leads goal setting, coordinates staffing and recruitment, reports metrics/KPIs, plans staffing and schedules, assigns work, analyzes variances, manages time/attendance policies, documents role changes.

• Duty 3: Staff Management and Development
• Evaluates performance, coaches staff, administers performance appraisals, identifies development needs, prepares development plans, coordinates team activities, ensures ethics and conduct compliance.

• Duty 4: Internal Communication
• Gathers critical information, communicates policies and decisions, uses process diagrams to convey information, conducts team meetings to address issues and escalations.

Job Description

Job Accountability – Calculates and manages all cost-related aspects in construction projects to ensure delivery within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Calculate budget before project start based on final awarded price.
• Track design/construction changes and adjust budget projections.
• Recommend and process monthly progress billings; manage subcontract payment schedules.
• Track variations to keep costs within budget (manpower, materials, tools, utilities).
• Validate cost coding for profitability; ensure timely project deliverables per contractual obligations.
• Assess risks and resolve issues; prepare monthly billings/claims; ensure HSE standards; maintain files.

Skills and Qualifications

• Registered Engineer or Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying; 1–4 years experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of design codes; background in contract management.
• Attention to detail; strong time management; ability to work under pressure; self-motivated.

Salary : Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule : 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay : 13th month salary; Overtime pay

Relocation/Commute : Manila preferred

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Role Description – Leads cost management, contracts and financial control across projects in Australia to deliver on time and within budget per Australian standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Planning & Estimation – Prepare cost plans, budgets and estimates; conduct feasibility studies and value engineering.
• Contract & Procurement Management – Draft/negotiate contracts; lead procurement; prepare bills of quantities and schedules.
• Project Financial Management – Monitor costs, budgets, cash flows; prepare progress claims and financial reports; manage cost risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management.
• AIQS membership desirable; 7+ years QS experience in commercial/civil construction in Australia.
• Knowledge of Australian construction law, contracts (AS, NEC, FIDIC desirable) and procurement; proficiency in CostX/Buildsoft/Excel/MS Project.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
