Job Description Inside Sales Representative (Overnight Shift – On-Site in Mandaue City)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our overnight sales team. In this role, you’ll connect with small business owners (typically under 50 employees) and help them discover powerful cloud phone and internet solutions. You’ll work with warm leads—no cold calling—using modern tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn to follow a proven sales process.

Your goal: convert leads into customers or set appointments for our outside sales team to close deals. This is a great opportunity to grow your sales career in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Schedule: Full-time, overnight shift (on-site at Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City)

Industry: B2B Telecom (serving clients across Canada)

Location: This is an on-site position – remote work is not available.

  • Work with pre-qualified leads generated by our Lead Generation team
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored phone and internet solutions
  • Close sales directly when possible, or set appointments for our Outside Sales team
  • Follow a structured sales cadence using CRM and outreach tools
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve lead quality and campaign performance
  • Stay up to date on services, pricing, and promotions
  • 1+ year experience in sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and social media outreach
  • Comfortable engaging with business owners, managers, and professionals
  • Experience in telecom or B2B services is a plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Willing to work on-site during overnight hours
