Enterprise Digital Twin EDT Process Architect Lexmark is proudly part of Xerox, bringing together decades of expertise into a bold, shared vision. The Enterprise Digital Twin Process Architect will play a critical role in the transformation of how Lexmark captures its global enterprise architecture through Enterprise Digital Twin (EDT) capabilities. A digital twin is a real‑time digital replica of a product, process, or system that can be leveraged for execution, analysis, testing, and auditing. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities: Fundamentally transform how Lexmark manages digital assets by applying a set of tools, standards, and governance to the design of transformed end‑to‑end enterprise processes. Continuously apply these capabilities as the consulting process architect to a portfolio of Lexmark projects and enhancements. Specific responsibilities and tasks: Supervise a global team of EDT designers across multiple workstreams, capturing and architecting operational processes from value streams down to role‑based tasks. Identify and document improvement opportunities during process modeling work sessions. Provide thought leadership, focusing discussions on business value, strategic impact, and process transformation and simplification. Lead the execution and delivery of process design workstreams, both business and IT. Manage change by leading impact analysis and communicating options to facilitate decision‑making. Manage deliverables and dependencies and communicate milestones to business and IT organizations. Track milestones, manage schedule or scope risks, and create mitigation plans for on‑time delivery. Produce accurate and timely program status reporting. Coordinate with internal staff supporting business development, change management, and operational activities related to Digital Twin. Perform governance reviews of digital assets to ensure compliance with Lexmark DT methodologies and best practices. Provide training and guidance to new Digital Twin practitioners to drive scale within the practice. Other duties as assigned. Internal Business Partner Focus Build and maintain relationships with business units based on mutual trust and respect. Understand how decisions are made within each business unit. Maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders, especially when issues arise. Monitor performance targets, quality standards, and deadlines, taking remediation actions as necessary. Communication Express position clearly and concisely in meetings. Be persuasive and influential in presenting plans and ideas. Demonstrate attentiveness through listening, questioning, and summarizing. Show sensitivity to verbal and nonverbal cues. Ensure the team is sufficiently informed. Present a realistic vision of achievable outcomes. Express confidence and enthusiasm for innovative ideas. Encourage others to play an active role in change. Analytics Proficiency with ServiceNow platform fundamentals, data structures, workflows, and scripting. Data governance and compliance knowledge, ensuring analytics initiatives meet organizational policies and regulatory standards. Strong data analysis skills, including ETL from ServiceNow databases and other sources. Report development experience within ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Experience integrating ServiceNow data with external BI tools such as Power BI. Ownership Commit to delivering results. Provide direction, influencing, and persuading others to undertake tasks. Make timely decisions. Apply creative, results‑oriented thinking. BPM (Business Process Mining) Understand business processes and domain knowledge in areas like finance, order to cash, data governance, and supply chain. Use conformance checking methods to compare discovered models against standards. Visualize and map process models using tools such as Celonis, Disco, or ProM. Stay updated on process mining research and adapt techniques to evolving needs. Partner Management Maintain relationships with the INS‑PI partner, aligning with strategic objectives to identify opportunities for tool enhancements. Qualifications Minimum 2‑3 years business process transformation experience. Experience with Enterprise Digital Twin concepts and foundations. Facilitating and organizing process modeling work sessions. Experience with process architecture and modeling tools (Designer, Provision, MEGA, Vision); Designer knowledge is a plus. Experience with APQC process framework. Highly motivated, self‑directed, and energetic in business engagement. Strong business and technical acumen. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Superior interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to win confidence. Advanced written and verbal communication skills (English).
