About The Role We are seeking a People Analytics Project Management Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping our HR strategy through driving Operational Excellence, backed by actionable insight. In this role, you will partner with HR and business stakeholders to drive HR process improvement, new process implementation to elevate our employees’ experience. You will collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical teams, bridging communication and ensuring the successful delivery of Operational Excellence projects. This is an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a tangible impact with your project management expertise. In This Role, You’ll Get To Serve as a project manager to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and prioritize system enhancements on HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and partner satisfaction, collaborating closely with both technical teams (HR Tech, Business Intelligence) and non-technical stakeholders (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, HR Services). Be a strategic partner of stakeholders within HR to support strategic decision-making by providing actionable insight and advisory services. Use data and process improvement expertise to identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies. Come up with solutions to improve employees’ experience. Contribute to the design of monitoring KPIs and dashboards. Ensure each HR stakeholder monitors the right metrics with easily accessible tools and able to flag anomalies/inefficiencies. What You’ll Need To Succeed 4+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement role preferably within a fast‑paced e‑commerce or tech company, or 3+ years of experience in consulting role within MBB or Big 4 firms. Strong project management and communication skills. Experience in data analysis using advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker). Working knowledge of SQL. An ownership mindset, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, learn and adapt quickly to new challenges together with strong attention to detail and accuracy. A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. It’s Great if You Have Abachelor’s or master’s degree in quantitative fields. Experience in HR operational excellence/HR transformation. A high Emotional Quotient, demonstrating a service leadership philosophy and high level of proactiveness. A proven track record of challenging the status quo and proposing improvements to existing processes and curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers.
