Job Responsibilities User-Centered Design : Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. Wireframes & Prototypes : Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools to test and validate ideas. Visual Design : Deliver high-quality UI designs that align with Reely’s branding while ensuring accessibility and usability standards. Collaboration : Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively and meet both user and client goals. Research & Testing : Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and continuously refine design solutions. Design Systems : Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms. Trends & Tools : Stay up to date with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies to enhance user experiences. Job Requirements Primary Skills: 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with usability testing, user research, and data-driven design. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines. Secondary Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers. Familiarity with tools like Maze, Hotjar, or similar for testing and analytics. Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or AI-enhanced design tools.
